PHASE 1 25 revision questions. All teams answer every question. 25 seconds to discuss within your group, then teams raise their answer cards (A/B/C/D) on the host's call.
SCORING Correct = bank the prize for that question. Wrong = nothing (no penalty).
⚡ SPEED The team that answered fastest with the right answer gets +50% on that question's prize.
LIFELINES Each team has 3 lifelines for the whole game: 50:50, Ask Another Team, Double-Down (wager double on one question — right doubles the prize, wrong loses the prize from your bank).
PHASE 2 The top 2 teams enter the Millionaire Finale — 5 high-stakes head-to-head questions with steal mechanic. Everyone else watches and can be "phoned" as a lifeline.
WINNER The team with the largest total bank at the end of the finale.
